Ingredients: butter at room temperature, granulated sugar, egg, sour cream, salt, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, instant coffee
Cooking method:
Oil at room temperature. (If it is cold, then put it in the microwave with a power of 30 for 1 minute.) Grind the butter with a crush with a small pinch of salt and granulated sugar, then beat with a mixer.
Add the egg and beat with a mixer. Add sour cream and whisk.
Now add the dry ingredients: sifted flour, baking powder, instant coffee, cocoa powder.
Knead the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours, covered with cling film. The dough should turn out like soft plasticine.
We take out the dough, tear off a little from it and roll a ball in our palms first, and then an oval. With the reverse side of the knife we push the strip in the middle, but not through. We spread the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, which is greased with vegetable oil.
We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for no longer than 12 minutes.
