An excellent quick tea recipe for breakfast or a snack. Lazy cheesecakes come out delicious and aromatic in 15 minutes. Inside there is a juicy curd filling and a crispy crust on top. They are great for replacing complex homemade baked goods when you don't feel like messing around for a long time. In a warm form, they scatter with a bang. Both adults and children will be happy to try them.
Preparing such lazy cheesecakes is unrealistically simple. In fact, these are sandwiches with cottage cheese filling, baked in the oven. The entire cooking process with baking will take you no more than half an hour.

Ingredients:
- French baguette - 1/2 pc.
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp. l.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- vanilla extract - 2-3 drops
Step by step recipe
1. Let's start by making the filling. Pour 150 g of cottage cheese of any fat content into a bowl. Break 1 egg and add 1-2 tbsp. l. Sahara. We mix everything.
2. Also add a few drops of vanilla extract for flavor. Instead of vanilla extract, you can add a pinch of vanilla sugar.
Mix everything until smooth.
3. Cut the French baguette into slices about 1 cm thick. You can also buy a pre-cut baguette.
We take a slice of baguette and spread the curd mass on it. With this method, we fill all the pieces of the baguette.
4. Immediately put them on a baking sheet from the oven.
From this amount of filling, 16 lazy cheesecakes were obtained.
We put everything in a preheated oven up to 180 degrees. We bake for about 10-15 minutes.
