Preparation:
We need 400g of squid. These are 2-3 pieces depending on the size. We clean the squid from the film, put it in a saucepan, fill it with cold water and add a pinch of salt.
As soon as the water boils, cook for 30-60 seconds and discard the squid in a colander. They cannot be cooked for a long time, otherwise they will become hard and "rubbery".
Cut squid into strips. Add to them one fresh cucumber, also chopped into strips.
Add 3 hard-boiled eggs (cut into cubes) and 80-100g of grated cheese.
Salt to taste, add dill if desired and season with mayonnaise. Delicious squid salad is ready. Perfect for a holiday and every day.
The salad on top can be decorated with sprigs of greenery, and red caviar is also suitable as a decoration (you can take imitation).
