After many attempts to lose weight, I came to one of the most comfortable ways to lose weight - calorie counting:

Often for a person, food is a certain ritual, it is a reward for something.

If you ask yourself the question "what days of the week do I eat the most?", The answer in most cases will be - on weekends.

At work, there is no time to think about food, there is not so much free time to eat constantly.

But as soon as the weekend comes, the usual ritual is turned on - to reward yourself with food.

In just a couple of days, food and drinks can exceed your weekly calorie intake, even if on weekdays there was energy deficit due to physical activity or artificially created by you a deficit in calories from food.

It is on weekends that the most dangerous time for slimming people, who still cannot control and restrain themselves so much so as not to pounce on fatty, high-calorie food, so as not to sit at a common table with your family and not eat everything on the table for the company delivered.

It turns out that on weekdays, observing the regime, controlling the calorie intake, creating a deficit calories and dreaming of losing weight, on weekends we neutralize all our labors and overeat, forgetting about self-control.

And the result in the long term is zero.

And everyone around is now against losing weight. Wherever we go, we see food advertisements, the aromas coming from the cafes are inviting, the supermarkets are filled with high-calorie foods.

Humanity has come to a sedentary lifestyle. If many centuries ago, in order to survive, a person had to get food for himself, move a lot, now the availability of high-calorie and varied food plays against us. We no longer need to get our own food, running through the mountains and plains - we went to the store and chose whatever our heart desires.

Our body cannot cope with the excesses of our time and has not learned to regulate appetite caused by external factors.

And only we ourselves are able to help ourselves, showing a little discipline and not forgetting to always control ourselves.

We want to lose weight and never gain it again - we always keep ourselves in hand.

By controlling nutrition by counting calories, you can allow yourself a little more on weekends, without breaking your psychological balance, but keep yourself within your weekly rate calories.

In my opinion, counting calories is the best way to control your diet. You always know where and when you can eat a little, so that on a holiday or just on a weekend you can afford a little more than usual.

And later, in the evening, I cut myself 150 g of a cucumber so that I could eat it on the sly, otherwise I’ve been tempted to chew something lately. Cucumbers - 20 kcal.

The calorie content of the day is 1575 kcal. B - 90, F - 71, U - 144.
