Monday started early. Overcast morning at first it upsets me, because I really wanted to finally dress up in summer white dress, bought specially for the summer. But, alas, the weather once again decided to dress me warmly. I do not see the fate boast photos in a beautiful dress.
From frustration, I even forgot about the check weighing, yes esch euzh drove quickly have breakfast and leave early! So that the results of this week we will see tomorrow.
Early breakfast - banana oat cake (120 g) and sandwiches on home wholemeal bread (30 g) with fish pate (40 g) of green tea.
Breakfast is turned on 400 kcal.
After breakfast we packed up and went to Moscow on business, and then, if the weather does not let you down - walk at ENEA.
And the weather did not disappoint, even a few times the sun peeped.
I think I have said a hundred times that really like ENEA, especially beautiful was there after the restoration and not only on the main avenue.
Just look how beautiful planted flowers and laid out as a landscape design.
Today, ENEA, we found a lot of steps and my pedometer told me in confidence that I can treat yourself to your favorite chocolate ice cream.
A simple glass of chocolate and how much joy and pleasure brought me! And just - 175 kcal.

For dinner, I did not have anything prepared in advance, except for chicken pastrami, which prepared the day before. Therefore, non-stick pan fried eggs of two egg, 80 g chicken sliced pastrami, 50 g of tomato. A tea wanted banana - oat cake (60 g).
It turned out to dinner 375 kcal.
The day I got 1360 kcal.
Saw water, even for a walk not parted from the water bottle.
