✅👌It is not always possible and, let's be honest, the desire to preheat the oven. And I want to cook a ruddy chicken!
✨ I have a great recipe for chicken in a pan for such a case. Thanks to stewing in a special sauce, the meat turns out to be the most tender and literally falls off the bones by itself. 🥰
✨A chicken is prepared relatively quickly and is not difficult at all.
📕 To prepare the dish you will need: 🥙
Chicken - 700-800 g
Salt - 0.5 tsp l. (a little more is possible)
Wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Dried thyme - 0.5 tsp l.
Dried dill - 0.5 tsp l.
Turmeric - 0.5 tsp l.
Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Milk - 1 glass
Parsley - a small bunch
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Unscented sunflower oil - for frying

First, we take a regular food bag and pour salt, flour and all dried and ground spices into it (my list can be changed and supplemented) and shake it up. We put it aside for now.
Now we take the chicken (instead of the whole chicken, you can take only the thighs or legs), wash it and clean it from all that is superfluous, cut it into pieces. Then we dry it with paper towels and put it in a bag to the spice-flour mixture.
We tie the bag and shake it well several times. As a result of such a simple procedure, the chicken will be evenly coated with breading, and the hands and dishes will remain clean.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat and spread breaded chicken pieces. Fry on 2 sides until golden brown. In total, roasting takes about 15-20 minutes.
In the meantime, the chicken is fried, we will prepare the filling. Take a bowl, squeeze a few cloves of garlic into it through a garlic press, add chopped parsley, pour in 1 glass of milk and mix. The fill is ready!
Pour the prepared filling into a pan with fried chicken. We reduce the heat and simmer the dish for about 15-20 minutes. We make sure that the gravy does not burn.
Serve hot chicken. Garnish - at your discretion.
