Ingredients:

meat (pork, beef)
salt
sugar
garlic
spices (bay leaf, peppercorns)
water

I indicate the proportions for 1 kg of meat

Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, add 2-2.5 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a couple of bay leaves, a few peas of black pepper, you can also add allspice. We also add one head of garlic - divide it into cloves and throw it into the pan right in the husk.

As soon as it boils, cook the brine for 3-5 minutes and add the meat. The meat should be in one piece. Remove the scale and cook for 20-30 minutes. As a matter of fact, we don't need to do anything else, the "thermos" will do the rest.

By the way, do not rush to get your regular thermos from the mezzanine. This is not about him, but about the effect of a thermos that we will create so that the meat "reaches".

So, as soon as the meat has been cooked for 20-30 minutes, create a "thermos". To do this, wrap the pan with meat and broth with a blanket, and on top with something else, for example, an old fur coat or a second blanket. We wrap it up well so that there are no gaps. The better you cover, the tastier it will be.

We leave it like this for 12-14 hours. The meat will cool very slowly and it will turn out to be stewed. And even after 12 hours it will be still warm. We take it out of the broth, wait until it has completely cooled down - and you can eat. Well, you can try it right away, while it is still warm. Very tasty!

Attention! It is important to create a good "thermos", otherwise the meat will be half-baked and not at all what it should be according to the recipe.

That's all! Delicious meat is ready without fuss! I wrap it in plastic wrap or put it in a bag and store it in the refrigerator like a sausage. I don’t know how much such meat is stored, since everything is eaten here in 1-2 days)
