Airy pastry with yeast dough curd

Ingredients:

2 cups warm milk
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. powdered sugar or 2 tsp. l. Sahara
0.5 tsp tablespoons of salt
1 bag of dry yeast
flour over 4 cups

Filling:

cottage cheese
egg
sugar
vanillin

For the shaving brush:

1 tbsp. l. milk
egg yolk

How to cook: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. The dough is prepared without dough. Sift flour.

Mix butter with milk, sugar and salt. Add yeast and begin to slowly add flour. Knead a soft dough. Place in a bag or squeak and cover with plastic wrap. Leave on the table for 1 hour.

2. Grind an egg with sugar and cottage cheese. Add vanillin to taste.

3. Divide the dough into pieces and roll out each.

4. Make cuts from one edge of the dough without cutting to the end.

Spread the filling over the whole edge of the dough, cover with the second, pinch the edge and shape the buns.

5. Mix egg yolk with milk. Grease the dough pieces with the mixture and transfer to a baking sheet covered with paper.

6. Bake buns with cottage cheese in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. About 15-25 minutes.
