Strawberry jam with apricots
Apricot and strawberry is very well complement each other.
Actually my favorite jam - apricot. But in conjunction with strawberries get something incredible!
To apricot does not lose shape, choose fruit with firm flesh.
Ingredients:
500 gr. strawberries
500 gr. apricots
1 cup water
1 kg of sugar
Preparation:
Apricots are washed, cleaned from the skin, remove pit and chop the fruit quarters.

Add whole strawberries to apricots.
Pour water into a saucepan, pour the sugar and put on low heat. stirring constantly, to bring the contents of the pan to boil over low heat.
Cook for a few minutes, until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour the syrup obtained apricots and strawberries and leave for 3-5 hours. Then, already in the pot with berries syrup supply to the plate, to bring the jam to a boil over medium heat after boiling and boil for another 15 minutes.
Ready-made jam decomposed into banks hot.
Strawberry jam with cherries
With cherry too good at it, but on condition that it does not sour.

Ingredients:
500 gr. cherries
1.5 Kg of strawberry
1.5 kg of sugar

Strawberry jam with orange
Interestingly it turns out jam. It is sweet, but not cloying, with a spicy citrus flavor.
Ingredients:
800 gr. strawberries
400 gr. Sahara
2 oranges
Preparation:
Wash strawberries, remove the tails and cut into quarters berries. Put strawberries in a pot, fill with sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Oranges clean from the skin and white film. If the latter does not remove, the jam will taste bitter.
Disassemble the orange into slices. Remove seeds and transparencies, cut into large pieces of orange pulp.
After boiling jam reduce heat and add strawberry orange. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Again, bring the jam to a boil over moderate heat and cool again.
Repeat brew need at least three times for 5-10 minutes with cooling.

Store in a cool, dry place.
