I no longer puzzle over which cake to bake for the holiday!
Cake "Dream". This is a delicious homemade cake made from the most affordable products. Moderately sweet, soft and aromatic.

Recipe:
for chocolate biscuit:
flour -140g
sugar -150g
cocoa powder -50g
egg -2 pcs
milk -110ml
boiling water -110ml
vegetable oil -55 ml
soda -1 tsp
vinegar 9% -1 tbsp
salt -1 / 3 tsp
COOKING METHOD
And so to begin with, prepare a chocolate biscuit. Let's measure out 140 grams of flour, add 50 grams of cocoa powder, 1 tsp. soda, add 1/3 tsp. salt, 150 grams of sugar. We mix. We break 2 eggs, pour in 110 ml of milk, 55 ml of vegetable oil, mix with a mixer until smooth, now pour in 110ml of boiling water and mix again with a mixer, the dough turns out to be liquidish as it should to be. Now be sure to add 1 tbsp. vinegar and mix everything again. The dough is ready.
We take the mold from me, the diameter of the mold is 22 cm, grease with oil and pour the dough. We put in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes or navigate by your oven, check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
We take it out, let it cool and divide it into 3 cakes, I leave the cut top for the crumb.
While the cake is being prepared, prepare the strawberry filling.
I had frozen 600 grams of strawberries, I pre-melted them with a blender.
Now we wipe through a sieve, if the bones do not interfere with you, you can not do this.
We put the resulting mass in a pan, add 100 grams of sugar and cook, stirring, our goal is to evaporate the liquid from the strawberries, it takes me about 7 minutes. You will notice visually, the mass will begin to gurgle and shoot, which means you can shoot.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Pour cream for whipping 400ml into a bowl, I have homemade ones today, add powdered sugar to taste, if you like it sweeter add more, I add 3-4 tbsp.
Beat with a mixer until persistent peaks, now add 400 grams of curd cheese and punch it again with a blender, now add strawberry jam, but we will not leave the whole part for spreading the cakes.
We collect the cake with the help of a ring, put the first cake layer, grease it with strawberry jam, put 1/3 of the cream, put the second cake, grease with strawberry jam, grease with cream, cover with the third cake, grease with the remaining cream. We put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to make the cream stronger, now we remove it from the mold. Decorate as desired, I chopped the scraps from the cake into crumbs and sprinkled the sides and edge of the top, and poured melted chocolate.
Tasty, juicy and not difficult to prepare.
