I eat and eat and still can't get enough! Familiar... You are not the only one such "swallow", almost everyone has such a problem! We live in a strange time. Now hunger during gluttony! How so? And so ...

We eat a lot of useless empty food, which does not contain what our body wants (+ additives that cause false food: sugar, glutamate, etc.)... And therefore, no matter how much I eat, all the time it is not enough and I want something else!

The organism does not receive "its" native species bioactive food, and it is mainly given only boiled "cotton wool". So he asks and asks: "Master, give me vitamins and minerals!"

Cooking nutritious and healthy wheat porridge, which replaces many desserts (harmful fast carbohydrates).

This porridge contains thousands of phytochemicals and rejuvenates us at the cellular level (wheat germ starts regeneration). It does not clog the insides, like white sticky flour without bran. And you are full of her! (saturates for several hours "pop" zhor)

Ingredients:

1. Wheat - 1 glass

2. Banana - 1 piece

3. Cereal coffee - a pinch (without it)

4. Coconut oil - 1/2 teaspoon (or otherwise)

5. Water - 1 glass

Preparation

In the evening, they took live wheat (for germination), poured it into a cup, removed everything unnecessary (if there is garbage: spikelets, pebbles, bird droppings ...). We thoroughly washed our wheat in hot water.

Filled with water at room temperature. Left in the water until morning. In the morning the grain has already "awakened". We drained the water and put it in heat for a day until the grains hatch (you don't even need to cover it with any rags).

Periodically look and moisten our wheat (but do not overdo it, otherwise the wheat flooded with water will simply die out). As soon as the millimeter sprouts have appeared, the wheat is ready for cooking porridge.

We washed the grain again, poured it into a blender container, added banana pulp and warm water (a little closer to hot or you can then heat it up on a steam bath). Crushed for about a minute, transferred to a cup. They added butter, following the saying: "You can't spoil porridge with butter!"

Sprinkled with cereal powder (gives a pleasant coffee taste), garnished with a banana slice. Unique tasty wheat porridge is ready!

In our opinion, it is amazing. Porridge made from sprouted grains did not even come close with typical dead cereal cereals boiled in milk with sugar (sprouted wheat, even without a sweetener, is sweet in itself).
