✅👌 The main problem when baking biscuit rolls at home is that they often break when folded. With this recipe, such difficulties will not arise even for novice housewives. What's the secret?

I'll tell you how I bake a delicious roll with filling right away: only 15 minutes and the roll does not crumble

✨And the whole secret is in a properly prepared dough and baking technology. The dough is baked with the filling and juiced in the oven.

✨ It turns out to be a fabulously delicious dessert! 🥰

📕 To prepare a roll you will need: 🥙

For the test:
Chicken eggs (category C0) - 4 pcs.
Granulated sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Salt (fine) - a pinch
Wheat flour, premium - 100 g (about 5 tbsp. l.).
For filling:
Apples - 3-4 pcs. (depending on their size);
Granulated sugar - 1.5-2 tbsp. l.
A piece of butter - for greasing the parchment

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First, let's start making the dough. It will be a classic biscuit dough, but with a baking powder - airy, soft and "fluffy". So, carefully divide the eggs into whites and yolks and put them in different containers. Pour all the sugar (regular and vanilla) to the yolks.

And beat everything with a mixer whitened, or carefully rub it with a hand whisk until a thick light yellow mass.

Sift flour to the yolk mixture, add baking powder.

And mix well with a spatula, breaking the smallest lumps of flour. The dough at this stage will be quite thick. But don't be alarmed - everything is going according to plan.

We wash and wipe dry the whisk of the mixer after the yolks - not a drop of fat should remain on them. Then we start whipping the whites. Add salt to them and beat, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer, until a fluffy, stable foam. This is also called "to hard or hard peaks."

Add the whipped whites in parts to the yolk dough. And mix gently.

The output is a homogeneous, smooth dough.

For now, set the dough aside and start filling. Peel the apples (if the skin is thin, you can leave it), remove the core. Rub on a coarse grater.

We add sugar, its amount will depend on the sweetness of the apples. Stir - and the filling is ready.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Lubricate with a piece of butter. Distribute the grated apples on the baking sheet in an even layer.

And pour all the biscuit dough on top. Gently level with a spatula, closing the apple filling.

We put the future roll in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown for 13-15 minutes. We take out the future roll from the oven - it turns out so golden.

Turn it over onto a clean kitchen towel, remove the parchment and roll up the roll directly with the towel. We leave it in this form for 10 minutes - cool slightly and steam.

Now all that remains is to cut the roll into pieces and serve with tea! The roll turns out to be very soft and tender - it just melts in your mouth. Instead of apples, you can take pears or other fruits / berries - it will also be delicious.
