Mushrooms with soy marinade, which can be a warm snack or a hot dish in addition to vegetables. A great option for those who do not like to dirty unnecessary dishes.
For this appetizer, you can use any mushrooms, in my opinion it is ideal to cook it from champignons. This time I bought large mushrooms for the grill (there were no others in the store) and cut them into six pieces.
Ideally, you need to take small mushrooms, then you won't have to cut them and they will marinate much faster.
For a marinade for 300 grams of mushrooms, you will need one or two cloves of garlic, which must be squeezed through a press, two tablespoons tablespoons of soy sauce, the same amount of vegetable oil, a little ground paprika, a little salt and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Add a little black pepper if desired.
Mushrooms can be immediately transferred to a baking dish, if it is beautiful, then you can serve it right in it. If there is no such mold, then you can put all the mushrooms and the ingredient for the marinade in a bag, tie it well and shake it well. Then place it in a baking dish and send it to the oven.
If we marinate mushrooms in a baking dish right away, then you can simply cover it with cling film and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Before sending the mold with mushrooms to the oven, you need to mix them well again. They are baked quite quickly, 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees.
You can serve immediately.
