Water - 100 ml.
Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Salt and spices to taste
Step by step recipe:
We prepare the necessary products according to the list for cooking meatballs in a multicooker. I prefer to take minced pork and beef.
Boil the cereals until tender. It is most convenient to boil rice in bags or in a slow cooker. Weight 1 pc. - 100 grams. You will not need all the rice from the bag, but only half. The rest of the cereal can be used in another recipe, for example, for salad with crab sticks.
If you are going to boil in a slow cooker, then rinse the rice grains well. Pour rice with water in a ratio of 1: 1.5. Cook on the "Rice / Buckwheat" mode without opening the appliance until you hear a beep.
Combine minced meat with boiled rice. Scroll or three onions on a medium grater. If you are cooking your own minced meat, roll the onion with the meat. Add salt, egg and spices. Knead the mass well until smooth.
Moistening your hands with water a little, sculpt meat balls.
There are two options for cooking meatballs in a slow cooker. First - fry the onion and tomato on the "Baking" or "Fry" mode in vegetable oil, add sour cream and water, then switch to "Stew", send the minced meat balls to the gravy and simmer for about 20 minutes.
The second option is to roll the raw meatballs in flour.
Turn on the "Baking" mode, pour oil and lay out the semi-finished products.
Fry them on both sides for 10-12 minutes.
At the same time, we are preparing the filling: we combine sour cream, water and tomato paste, mix well, add a little salt.
Fill the meatballs with it.
We switch the multicooker to the "Stew" mode and cook the dish for 25 minutes.
Our meatballs and gravy are ready. Serve them hot with garnish.
Bon Appetit!
