In general, this seasoning can be used not only for soups, but also for any dishes, salads, sauces, etc. I highly recommend cooking, you will use it constantly, because the seasoning is universal.

Ingredients:

Carrot
Bulb onions
Sweet pepper
Tomatoes
Dill
Parsley
Salt

Rub 1 kg of carrots on a coarse grater. Add 1 kg of chopped tomatoes to them. Cut the tomatoes very finely. Take ripe fleshy tomatoes, with them the seasoning is the most delicious and aromatic.

We cut 1 kg of onions into small cubes, as well as 600 g of bell pepper. The pepper can also be minced with a coarse grill.

We cut a large bunch of herbs, I usually take dill and parsley. You can also take parsley root and grate it.

If you like spicy, then add hot chili peppers to taste. I will not add, I prefer to add it to the finished dish later.

And now the last ingredient is salt. Salt for a given amount of ingredients will need 800g. The seasoning does not spoil due to the large amount of salt, so no vinegar, no cooking or sterilization are needed here.

Put the prepared seasoning in dry clean jars and store in the refrigerator.

Attention: seasoning should be added to soups and other dishes first, and only then salt. The seasoning is very salty, keep this in mind when cooking.
