Whey - 1 glass
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Wheat flour - 1.5 cups
Vegetable oil for frying - 50 ml. (+ 1 tablespoon in the dough)
Step by step recipe:
Prepare a set of ingredients to make fluffy whey pancakes with egg. Choose the highest quality wheat flour and be sure to sift it several times through a fine sieve.
Warm the milk whey a little, it should be slightly warm. Then pour it into a bowl, which will be convenient for kneading the dough, and add the baking soda and sugar.
There is no need to extinguish soda, the serum will cope with this on its own. Mix thoroughly and wait for the reaction - the liquid will foam and turn white.
Beat in an egg and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir again.
Add the sifted wheat flour and knead the dough. It should be thick enough. If you raise the whisk, the dough will roll slowly and lazily along it. It is from its consistency that it depends on how lush the pancakes will turn out.
Put a frying pan with vegetable oil on fire and heat well. Place the dough with a tablespoon, forming small pieces.
Fry them over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
If desired, you can not use vegetable oil, but bake pancakes in a clean frying pan, but then they will turn out to be a little dry, but without additional calories.
Delicious, soft and fluffy whey dough pancakes are ready.
Serve them warm, ideally with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. And also don't forget about a cup of herbal aromatic tea.
