Lunch I have gorgeous today - whole grain pasta with vegetables and shrimps in sour cream and cheese. Very tasty, satisfying - 410 kcal.

And getting ready quickly. Fry vegetables at the drop of olive oil - pepper, tomato and garlic. Add a teaspoon of sour cream 10%, shrimp peeled and cooked al dente pasta and stew all together for another couple of minutes. When submitting - sprinkle with cheese.
