Yes, there are hormone problems, diseases, disorders.

But there are eating habits, coping with which, you can cope with excess weight.

Here's what gets in the way of being slim:

1️⃣ Seizing stress, emotions. No sweets will help solve the problem itself.

2️⃣ There is everything at a party, so that the hostess does not take offense at you. Respect should be not only for the mistress, but also for you. If you do not eat certain foods or cannot eat everything that is offered purely physically, this must be accepted and understood.

3️⃣ Snack regularly. There is hunger, but there is a habit of chewing something constantly. If you are really starving, then you need to revise your diet in order to fill up in the main meal. And if it's just a habit, it must be eradicated.

4️⃣ Eating. Eat for a child or finish eating so that food is not wasted. It seems, well, there is a piece that will come from him. But piece by piece and now overeating. After all, every extra piece is extra calories.

5️⃣ Work out food by sports. Rarely, of course, you can afford something, and then work on the same ellipse. And if such exercises are introduced on an ongoing basis, you will get the stress of the body from constant overtraining. Even from sports, the body must rest.

6️⃣ Fasting days with a calorie deficit. They will only lead to an increased risk of falling out on a normal day. In addition, on a calorie deficit, the body is already in constant stress (unloading).

Favorite oatmeal with curd cheese and lightly salted fish for breakfast - 380 kcal. And green tea.

Used: dry oatmeal 25g, chicken egg, kefir 1% - 30 g, 20 g of curd cheese and 65 g of salted chum salmon. I didn't count lettuce leaves in KBZHU.

I am running out of salted fish, but I still haven't eaten. I can eat lightly salted fish all the time.

Sunday afternoon seemed to please me with the weather, but we sat at home. Her husband's two-week vacation has ended. Before work, you always want to lie at home, relax. After a vacation, not even a long one, I don't want to go to work.

Even walking in parks, swimming and sunbathing - you get tired. It seems that you are not doing anything, you spend the day for your own pleasure, but in the evening I get more tired than when I spend all day working at the computer.

Closer to dinner I went to the kitchen to cook.

Today the plans were to prepare minced meat nests with fillings. I prepared two fillings: with mushrooms and cheese, as well as with cheese and an egg, because mushrooms are not available for everyone.

The nests turned out to be large and I decided to put myself only an additional salad. I also warmed some buckwheat with my own.

So lunch: a nest filled with mushrooms with cheese and 150 g of vegetable salad, seasoned with 25 g of sour cream 15%.

Lunch at 415 kcal.

After lunch, we watched the series a little and drank tea with literally 10 g of dark chocolate. - 55 kcal.

After watching the show, I sat down to work again until dinner, which still had to be prepared.

Fried cod for dinner. I fried myself without breading and oil on the electric grill.

I wanted to boil young potatoes for the fish, but everyone refused, saying that they would just fish and bread.

I decided that I would not cook for myself, but rather prepare a sauce for the fish (recipe in a reminder).

Grilled cod (350 g raw weight), 25 g bread and 30 g sour cream sauce. Dinner - 400 kcal.

Total for the day 1410 kcal.

According to BZHU, today I have too much protein and a shortage of carbohydrates, although it would seem both bread and fruits.
