My channel is my experience of losing weight on counting calories and their deficit, as well as examples of menus for the day and recipes for dishes with calculated KBZhU.

I would like to add variety to potato dishes and offer to treat yourself to potato cutlets. KBZHU turned out to be very good - you can even afford to lose weight (reasonably losing weight, and not on hungry diets😉).

Cooking.
The first thing we need to do is put the potatoes to boil in salted water.
And also fry the onion in a little oil. The more onions, the tastier.
Purée the potatoes, leaving a small amount of water in which they were boiled (100-150 ml).
Mix the puree with the onion. It will already be very tasty.
But we will go further. Add gradually in mashed potatoes: egg, whole grain rice flour, seasonings (I have salt, black pepper, dry garlic and seasoning for potatoes), and cheese.
Mix well.
We form cutlets.
Roll each cutlet in flour (I have durum wheat) and fry in a minimum amount of oil on both sides over medium heat. I advise you to turn it over several times during frying.

- 1400 g potatoes,
- 240 g onions
- 135 g cheese
- chicken egg,
- 30 g whole grain rice flour + 10 g flour for boning when frying,
- 25 g vegetable oil for frying,
- salt, black pepper, dry garlic - to taste.
