Useless summer 2019, so it will be remembered me. Not only that, we were left without a full-fledged vacation this year and spent it at home even more offensive, that such a cold and rainy summer we could not take advantage of our new site residence. We could have every day to swim and sunbathe, to spend time at picnics, but no luck.

Also today I had 10 grams of peanut during the day and 160 g plum - only 100 kcal.

Total for the day I got 1245 kcal.

I drank the water rate. To note, the recommended rate of water - is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight.
