Fry, stirring occasionally. Salt, pepper to taste, I also added 1/2 tsp each. sugar and dried sage, but this is optional)). To test doneness, break open a piece of liver, it should be pink but without blood. At the end of frying, add butter - you can’t do without it☝️ !!

We shift the liver into a suitable container, interrupt with a blender until smooth (you can pass through a meat grinder). Add buckwheat cooked by this time. By the way, you can replace it with rice or mashed potatoes, or you can not add it at all, but with it, it seems to me, the texture is tastier and more interesting)).

We bake pancakes. I got 20 pcs.
