Dissolve yeast and some sugar in warm milk.
Next, in the robot or manually prepare the dough. Mix flour, salt and sugar and make a small funnel. Enter eggs and dough. Mix. Next, add softened butter. Mix it thoroughly into the dough. Knead a viscous elastic dough. Leave to proof for 1.5 hours.
Punch down the risen dough and put into the mold. I have it 24 cm in diameter. Leave it on for another half an hour. After that, make a few indentations in the dough with your finger.
