For a long time, some readers have asked for a recipe for yogurt waffles, which I often cook for myself and my family.
And finally I got to the waffle recipe and am ready to share with you the simplest recipe.

Cooking.
Making waffles is as easy as shelling pears.
Mix Greek yogurt with egg, a pinch of salt and vanilla. Add sweetener (or sugar at the rate of 1 g of sweetener is equal to 5 g of sugar).
I use Greek yogurt because it has a high protein content and a thick texture.
Mix whole grain (I have rice) flour with baking powder and add to yogurt.
Mix everything well.
This is the dough you get:
Heat the waffle iron, lightly grease with oil and bake the waffles.
My baker bakes waffles for 6-7 minutes.

Ingredients I used:
- 300 g of Greek yogurt (we do not use drinking yogurt, it is liquid and more flour will be needed),
- 1 chicken egg
- sweetener 4-5 g (1 g equals 5 g sugar),
- a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanillin,
- 130 g whole grain rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- vegetable oil for frying - 5-10 g.
KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 249, B - 10.6, F - 8.4, U - 32.4.
