Minced meat roll. It can be served hot as hot, with any side dish, and chilled as cold cuts. I usually do for dinner, and I put what remains in the refrigerator and the next day a delicious cut. It turns out very tasty and even worthy of a festive table.
COOKING METHOD
I have a chicken weighing 1 kg 800 g, cut off the fillet: breast, from the thighs.
Twist and measure 700 grams of minced meat.
Pour the bread 4 slices with water and let it swell, now we squeeze the bread and twist it to the minced meat and immediately twist the onion 1-2 onions, I have small onions, so I take 3 onions and 3 cloves of garlic.
Take 350 grams of chicken liver, cut into cubes.
Add the liver to the minced meat, add a teaspoon of salt. Black pepper to taste and add 10 grams of instant gelatin, take the always proven gelatin, I take the Haas company, it has never let me down.
Mix everything well.
We take a baking sleeve, put the minced meat in it and form a sausage, tie the edges. You should get such a blank. The sleeve in the oven itself will take the desired shape, our goal is to give a beautiful shape to the future meat bread.
We put in the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees, and the time is 60 minutes.
After 60 minutes, it's done, here at your discretion, if you want to serve as hot, take out, cut and serve with any side dish, if you want to serve as slicing, leave in the oven until it cools completely, then in the refrigerator until completely cooling.
Which I did. Now when it has completely cooled down, cut and serve this yummy to the table.
With minimal effort, a very tasty dish is obtained that can be served for lunch, dinner or a festive table.
