Just I want to say that I have prepared for you a bomb - a protein bomb! Rather, I was preparing it for myself, and I hasten to share with you a recipe.
Chicken breast stuffed with cottage cheese - it's incredibly tasty, and the cook is very simple.
I needed:
- 4 small chicken breasts (approximately 800 g)
- 100 grams of curd (I 9%),
- 50 g of natural yogurt (I used yogurt, you can use 10% cream - that is in the fridge, then go to the course. Just do not forget to count KBZHU)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic,
- spices: pepper, salt, paprika, Greece grass (you can substitute your favorite herbs or greens).

Cottage cheese mix with yoghurt, grated garlic, a little salt, pepper and add our aromatic herbs. I used the seasoning "Herbs of Greece." If you have a favorite seasoning herbs - use them or just chop fresh herbs.
Put the cottage cheese mixture into our boat. The more you fit the filling - the tastier the dish will eventually.

Remember those small fillet pieces we cut? I roll them in the remnants of cottage cheese mixture, add salt and pepper and also put on a baking sheet.
