It is perfect for cheesecakes, pies, pizza, bagels and other baked goods.
Try it! This is a very simple version of the yeast dough.
Ingredients:
- 450-500 gr. flour
- 1 packet of fast yeast (7-10 gr.)
- 200 ml warm milk
- egg
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 0.5 tsp l. salt
How to cook:
1. Sift flour twice, mix with yeast.
2. Beat the egg, salt and sugar separately with a fork. Add milk.
3. Pour the egg mixture to the flour, add the butter and start kneading the dough.
4. The dough will be quite firm at first, as it should be. But like any yeast dough, you need to knead it for 10-15 minutes with your hands or in a bread maker (less in a combine).
5. Put a lump of dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place. You can put it on the open door of a hot oven or near heating radiators.
6. After about forty minutes, the dough will rise. You can wrinkle it and start to cut it into balls. Or, if time permits, give it another 30-40 minutes to come. But the first forty minutes will be enough, since in any case there will be proofing of already formed products from this dough.
Important! It is more suitable for baking than for frying.
