On my channel, I have collected all my experience of losing weight, I share the menu for the day and recipes for dishes with calculated KBZhU, which are included in my diet.

When I am lacking fat in my diet, I am not afraid to add products such as nutritious and fatty nuts or even bacon.
Not so long ago I cooked chicken rolls with cheese in bacon and I want to share the recipe with you.
As always, the ingredients, 100 g CBJ and the video recipe can be found at the end of the article.
Cooking.
Cut each chicken breast fillet lengthwise into two parts.
We beat off chicken meat well.
Salt, pepper, season with your favorite chicken spice (this time I decided to use the "Mexican mix" spice).
We spread small blocks of cheese on a layer of chicken breast and carefully wrap them in a roll.
Then wrap the roll with 2-3 slices of bacon.
Put the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 graus for 20-25 minutes. I additionally turned on the convection mode.
Juicy, fragrant rolls are ready! Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breast fillets - 950 g,
- 100 g of cheese (suluguni in priority),
- 200 g raw smoked bacon,
- 2 cloves of garlic, salt, black pepper and your favorite poultry seasoning (I have a Mexican mix)
KBZHU per 100 g: K - 253, B - 26.4, F - 16, U - 1.
