Do you want to bake a whole chicken in the oven and with a beautiful crust? Take note of these two recipes. They are very simple and always work out.
Chicken on salt
We take a chicken, good and well-fed. The main thing in a good chicken for baking is its legs. If a woman's full legs are not painted, then the chicken, on the contrary, is very much even embellished.
So, we take the chicken (thawed), wash it, wipe it dry and rub it inside and outside with ground pepper. You can take spices for poultry or the same hops-suneli. No need to salt!
Make cuts in the skin of the chicken at the bottom of the hole, or rather from the sides, and insert the legs into them.
Pour a pack of coarse salt into a deep frying pan, mold or into a small baking sheet. Precisely large. Smooth with a spatula.
Place the chicken upside down on the salt and... into the oven. Furnace at 180-200 degrees. How many? Depends on the weight of the chicken. But birds of 1200-1500 grams are baked for an hour, sometimes a little more.
Nothing complicated, right? It couldn't be easier. Like a camp kitchen or a country-style country option. And what a delicious and gorgeous crust at the exit! Just wow!
Chicken with lemon
The cooking principle is similar to the top recipe, but the dish is more ceremonial.
Wash the chicken for him, dry it, grate it with spices. But then the trick: scald the lemon, coat with spices and salt, then place it inside the chicken, insert the legs into the skin pockets, closing the lemon.
Transfer the bird to the mold and to the hot oven for an hour. Then look at the juice.
If the legs burn, wrap them in foil. It is advisable to tuck the wings in both recipes into the slotted pockets just below the breast.
The lemon will be baked inside the chicken and nourish it with the aroma of zest and the tenderness of citrus. Inexpressible deliciousness! Try it yourself.
