Are you looking for simple recipes for the New Year's table or any other holiday? Prepare these cutlets in French - no one will remain indifferent, I guarantee you that! The cutlets are cooked in the oven, they are very juicy and tender - yummy!

Juicy French cutlets in the oven: I will cook for the festive table (I share the recipe)

Preparation:

We take 500-600 grams of minced meat (whatever you like). Add one large onion, chopped with a blender, you can grate, or chop very finely with a knife.

We drive in one egg, salt, add spices to taste - I have it pepper and a little paprika. You can add a clove of garlic. Mix the minced meat well, "beat off" and leave for 10 minutes to infuse.

At this time, we will prepare other ingredients: rub 150g of cheese, cut one onion in half rings, and also cut 1-2 tomatoes. Tomatoes can be cut into slices, or cubes.

We form cutlets from minced meat (it is most convenient to do it with wet hands), lightly fry on both sides to "seal", fry literally for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Put the fried cutlets in a greased dish. Put onion on top of each cutlet, then a tomato (a circle or diced), salt and pepper a little.

Put grated cheese on the tomato, grease with sour cream or mayonnaise on top.

We bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, temperature 180-190 degrees.
