For me, counting calories has become the most comfortable way to lose weight without harming my health.

Calorie counting helped me understand the mistakes I made in the past when trying to lose weight. I managed to change my diet and at the same time I did not give up my favorite foods and allow myself to indulge in high-calorie foods.

Today I have breakfast from what you can quickly cook and eat - I made sandwiches: 80 g of homemade whole grain bread, 120 g of smoked-boiled chicken breast and 30 g of tomato. And also green tea.

Breakfast for 385 kcal.

I dined on julienne from turkey breast with mushrooms (250 g), to which I added 150 g of tomato - 395 kcal.

And in the evening I have 180 g of jellied meat with 40 g of homemade bread - 460 kcal.

And before going to bed (in 2 hours) I drank 200 g of fermented baked milk - 135 kcal.

The result of the day is 1685 kcal. B - 123, F - 70, U - 140.
