kefir -250ml
water -40ml
egg -1pc
salt -1 / 2 tsp
sugar -1 tsp
flour - 240 g
soda -1 / 2 tsp.
filling No. 1:
sausage -150g

green onions -1 bunch (50g)
COOKING METHOD
Pour 250 ml of kefir into a ladle, pour 40 ml of water, put on fire and heat to about 40 degrees. If kefir starts to roll up, it's okay.
