Preparing this Chinese cabbage salad with orange is quick and easy. Try to cook it, it is incredibly tasty, juicy and vitamin-rich!
Ingredients:
- Beijing cabbage - 300 g
- apples - 300 g
- orange - 200 g
- carrots - 200 g
- lemon - 1/2 pc.
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. Finely chop the Peking cabbage with a knife. We transfer it to a bowl.
2. Peel the orange and divide it into slices. Remove the white film from the orange slices. Cut the orange pulp into medium-sized pieces. Pour the chopped oranges to the cabbage.
3. Cut the apples into four parts, remove the core and peel them. Cut the apples into strips. Transfer the chopped apples to a separate bowl.
4. To prevent the apples from darkening, pour them with lemon juice.
We roll one lemon on the table, pressing down with the palm, so it will be easier to squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half onto the sliced apples. Mix everything well.
5. Three fresh carrots on a coarse grater. Put the grated carrots and chopped apples in a bowl with cabbage and oranges.
6. Salad with a little salt and season with 2-3 tbsp. l. odorless vegetable oil. Mix everything well.
You don't need to salt the salad, many people like it even without salt.
