To avoid traffic jams (the terrible disease of Moscow and Moscow region) - had to get up early.
Accordingly, the breakfast I had an early, but very dense.
For breakfast I had a whole wheat tortilla (80 g) with curd cream cheese (30 grams) and 70 grams of red fish.
Breakfast turned out as much as 500 CCAl due to thin rye cakes, but incredibly delicious!
After breakfast we set off on a journey.
I have to say my usual regime was now broken. When a lot of plans, a lot of places where you want to get there - it's not up to the regime there.
Home to her husband's parents, we were closer to 16 hours. Hungry awful!
We fed chicken soup with vermishelkoy (eye 350 grams) on vegetables and Darnitsky sandwich bread (25 g) with vegetable stew (about 50 g).
Naturally, all the calories I counted on the eye. I turned around 440 kcal.
We talked to the parents about it something any case, wait until the cork in our direction will resolve.
Even had dinner (quite late for us).
For dinner was chicken breast and cheese (200 g) and a little sweet pepper (50 grams).
Again about dinner went on 300 kcal.
Home we have come to the point where it's time to go to bed - already asleep on the road)). But here is to disassemble the purchase and put everything in its place - it is not discussed. There is a word "must".
As a result, the day I turned around 1240 kcal.
It found 11,500 steps - spent a little calories.
It is true that day drank little water (like green tea) - I think if you stand on the scales tomorrow will gain a kilogram is 1.5. But I will not do it - why do I need this stress).
Will have an active few days to drink water, to expel any excess fluid from the body.
I'm writing an article the next day in the morning and I can say that from fatigue and drunk water - I was a little swollen. On the scales did not wake up - and if I did not blog on the scales I would appear once a month.
