- squid - 500 g
- Beijing cabbage - 300 g

- salt - 1/2 tsp l.
Step by step recipe
1. First you need to prepare the squid.
We take 4 squid with a total weight of about 500 g, thawed at room temperature and well cleaned of entrails. Put them in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. We leave for exactly 1 minute.
2. After a minute, drain the water and pour boiling water over the squid again. Let them stand in boiling water again for 1 minute and drain the water. The third time, in the same way, pour boiling water over the squid for 1 minute and drain the water.
3. We peel the top film from the finished squid. Squids prepared in this way always turn out to be very tender and tasty.
Cut the prepared squid in half and cut into strips.
4. Let's prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Half a head of Chinese cabbage is cut in half and finely chopped with a knife. You will need about 300 g of cabbage.
5. Cut 100 g of crab sticks into slices.
Cut two boiled eggs into cubes.
6. Put Chinese cabbage, chopped squid, crab sticks and eggs in a large bowl. Salt a little and mix.
7. Add about 2 tablespoons to this. mayonnaise and finally mix.
Put the prepared salad on a plate, in which we will serve it on the table.
8. Cut 3 quail eggs in half lengthwise.
Lay the halves of the eggs on top of the salad.
9. Put red caviar in a small slide on each half of a quail egg. Spread the remaining caviar over the salad. In total, you will need about 50 g of red caviar.
Decorate the salad with parsley leaves.
Salad ready. Can be served on the table.
