Elena Krokhmal inspired me for this cake, we liked it, it reminded me of a slightly large cheesecake. Form diameter -20 cm.

Pie open with cottage cheese and cherries

Ingredients: flour, kefir, eggs, cottage cheese 5% or more, sugar, soda, cherries, almond petals, salt

Cooking method:

Defrost cherries and drain the juice (if fresh, then pull out the bones)

Beat eggs at room temperature with half of all sugar and add kefir at room temperature and mix well with a mixer until smooth at low speed.

Combine flour, soda and salt, mix and add to the egg-kefir mixture. Knead the dough.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the batter into it, smoothing it out.

Combine cottage cheese with the rest of the sugar, mix thoroughly and put on the dough. Arrange cherries on top and sprinkle with almond flakes.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees (top-bottom mode) - 30-40 minutes Readiness is checked with a toothpick.

Allow the finished cake to cool, release from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Brew your favorite tea and enjoy heartfelt tea drinking with your family!
