An excellent appetizer for the New Year's table. You can also use these mushrooms to make salads. I have not taken shop for a long time - they are almost all made in China. So I suggest you marinate the mushrooms yourself. I have a simple 5-minute recipe with no fiddling around. It turns out very tasty! Try it yourself

Ingredients:

Champignon
garlic
salt
sugar
vinegar
vegetable oil
spices (peppercorns, bay leaves)

We will marinate the champignons whole, and I advise you to take small mushrooms - they are the tastiest. But if they are large, then we cut it in half. Mushrooms will need 500g.

Now pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, add a couple of bay leaves and 3-5 peppercorns. Put in 2 tablespoons of salt. As soon as it boils, add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.

While the mushrooms are boiling, we will prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar 9%, 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add 3-5 chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped dill (you can take other greens as well). If you like spicy, then add hot pepper to taste.

We put the champignons in a colander, wait 5 minutes until the water drains and the mushrooms cool down a little. We transfer the mushrooms to a plate, jar or container, fill with garlic marinade, mix and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. During this time, the mushrooms need to be mixed two or three times so that the marinade is evenly distributed.

Delicious pickled mushrooms are ready, you can serve. Bon appetit, my dears!
