Now I will tell you how to determine in just 1 minute whether it is real red caviar or a fake. The method works 100%! Remember, then check what kind of caviar you have in the refrigerator.
So, we need a glass of water (or a transparent cup). Boiling water, pour from the kettle as soon as it boils. Put some caviar in the water and stir gently. If nothing happened or the water became colored, the eggs began to dissolve - a fake. It can be anything but caviar.
But if the water has become cloudy, has acquired a slightly whitish tint (as if a little milk was added), then the caviar is real, the product is of high quality.
The water becomes cloudy with protein, which proves the caviar is not fake. This is the easiest way.
Unfortunately, it is possible to determine the real caviar or not only after the purchase, because "after a fight they don't wave their fists." But on the other hand, you will know for sure that the caviar of the manufacturer from whom you bought is good. And in the future you will already know what to take from the store counter.
