Ingredients
- 600 gr minced meat
- 1 pc onion
- salt, spices for meat
- 2 tablespoons of crackers
- 1-2 pcs eggplant
- 1-2 pcs bell pepper
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 pc hot pepper
- 100 gr cheese
- vegetable oil
- potatoes
Steps
A dish that many will like, because there is both meat (a large minced meat cutlet) and vegetables.
Cut the eggplants into circles (1 cm thick), add salt and let stand for 20 minutes. Excess liquid will stand out, squeeze the buckles slightly and fry on both sides.
Add grated onion, salt and spices to the minced meat. Stir and let it stand next to the eggplant, marinate for about 20 minutes.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and form large flat cutlets from the minced meat (it turned out 6 pieces). Top with two circles of eggplant.
Then slices of sweet and hot peppers, which we cover with fleshy tomatoes (cut into circles). Tomatoes can be lightly salted if your cheese is not too salty.
Salt the potatoes and season with spices, mix and distribute on a baking sheet between the cutlets. Detailed recipe on video
We bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Ten minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the tomatoes with grated cheese. Everything turns out very juicy and with a warm (light) spike from pepper. Very cool, I recommend trying it! a source
