Salting trout (salmon, salmon, coho salmon) in an unusual way

Salting red fish at home is not so difficult. I am showing an interesting and original version.

Ingredients:

trout fillet
coarse salt
crushed black pepper
sugar
cognac or vodka
orange

How to cook:

1. Rinse a piece of trout fillet with skin in cold water and pat dry with a towel.

2. Mix two tablespoons of coarse salt with 1 tsp. l. sugar and 0.5 tsp. l. crushed black pepper.

3. Spread the mixture on a table or wooden board.

4. Dip a piece of fish in spices on the table, pressing it down so that it "grabs" the amount you need.

5. Place the trout in a container with a lid. Squeeze half an orange on top of the fish, sprinkling the juice over the surface.

6. You can also drizzle 1-2 tbsp of trout. l. brandy or vodka.

7. Cover the container with the fish with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for a day (24 hours).

Done! Remove excess spices and cut into pieces and serve as an independent dish or as sandwiches.
This fish goes well with white bread (roll).

Garnish with lemon slices or serve with a cucumber
