Ingredients:
- red cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- Peking cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- pomegranate - 1/2 pc.
- dill - bunch
- salt to taste
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
- garlic - 1 clove
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. Thinly chop the red cabbage with a knife. Pour the chopped cabbage into a bowl, add a little salt and rub with your hands. This is so that the cabbage is not so tough in the salad.
2. We also chop with a knife and Chinese cabbage.
Grind a bunch of fresh dill.
3. Pour chopped Chinese cabbage and dill into a bowl with red cabbage.
4. On the pomegranate, we make several cuts along the ribs and break it into pieces. We disassemble each slice into grains. For the salad, you need half a pomegranate.
5. Pour the pomegranate seeds into the salad, leaving a little for decoration.
Squeeze out 1 clove of garlic here, add a little salt to the salad, fill with 2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil.
6. Mix the salad well. We put it in a bowl, in which we will serve it on the table. Decorate the top of the salad with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
