Many people like glazed curds, but their composition is often dubious, and the calorie content is very high - about 400 kcal per 100 g.

I would like to propose to all lovers of glazed curd cheeses to cook curd cheeses at home with a lower calorie content and of which you will be sure.

Preparation.

We need cottage cheese. The drier your cottage cheese is, the denser the consistency of the curds will be.

I used a blender. I put cottage cheese, 4 g of sugar substitute, 20 g of melted butter and a pinch of vanillin in the blender bowl.

Beat everything well with a blender so that there is a uniform consistency.

It is better to cool the resulting mass for 30 minutes, so that in the future it will be easier to form curd bars.

From the resulting mass, we form curds or, like me, balls. Sometimes we wet our hands with water.

We send the formed curds to the freezer for an hour.

Prepare the glaze by the end of the hour.

We melt the chocolate (I have bitter) in the microwave with impulses or in a water bath.

Immediately add vegetable oil to the melted chocolate and mix.

We immediately begin to glaze the curds. It is convenient to pass a skewer into each cheese and dip it into a deep bowl with glaze.

The glaze solidifies almost immediately.

We store the curds in the refrigerator.

Ingredients I used:

  • 300 g cottage cheese 9%,
  • butter - 20 g,
  • sweetener - 4-5 g (or powdered sugar 20-25 g),
  • a pinch of vanillin,
  • 80 g chocolate
  • 10 g odorless vegetable oil.

KBZHU per 100g: K - 275, B - 13.8, F - 20.5, U - 8.3.
