pearl barley -300g
salt -1 tsp
butter to taste
COOKING METHOD
And so we start pearl barley 300 grams, rinse well and fill with water, leave for 1.5 hours.
After 1.5 hours, put the pearl barley in a saucepan, fill it with hot water (I boil it in a kettle faster and more conveniently), cook for exactly 8 minutes, now put the pearl barley in a colander, you do not need to rinse anything, just pour clean hot water from the kettle and put the pearl barley, cook more exactly 8 minutes, now we put it back in a colander in a saucepan, pour hot water, lower the pearl barley and cook for another 8 minutes, so we continue to cook 8 times.
The total cooking time is 1 hour. Add 1 tsp salt for 8 times, cook for 8 minutes in a colander, as the water drains, put it back into the pan, add butter, mix, try for salt if necessary, you can add. The porridge is already ready to serve. It turns out to be gentle, and the taste is simply beyond words. Even if you are not a fan of pearl barley porridge, I assure you, you will ask for a supplement.
