An original version of a hearty dish that can be served with any side dish.
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of fresh mushrooms (champignons)
3 large onions
600 gr. minced chicken
0.5 tsp l. salt
ground black pepper
2 tbsp. l. semolina
1 tbsp. l. flour
egg
vegetable oil
100 ml sour cream or mayonnaise
How to cook:
1. Chop mushrooms and onion finely, fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. It would be nice to grind the mushroom frying in a meat grinder or blender to make it smaller.
2. Put half of the mushroom mass in the minced meat, break the egg here and add flour with semolina.
Knead the minced meat, salt and pepper. Leave for 10-15 minutes to swell the semolina.
3. Form meatballs from minced meat, you can brew a little in flour. Fry meatballs in butter from the sides until a beautiful crust.
4. In a saucepan, mix the second part of the mushroom frying with mayonnaise. Pour in some hot water and boil the sauce. Density and salinity vary according to your taste.
5. Place the meatballs in the sauce and heat first on one side, then turn over and heat for another 2-3 minutes under the lid.
Done!
Serve meatballs with boiled pasta, mashed potatoes, rice or buckwheat.
