I am horrified and delighted at the same time, dear friends. I admire the heroism of a beautiful lady and still ask myself the question - why?
The great and terrible algorithm for recommending articles threw me the publication "I included 10 hot dishes in the New Year's menu to please every guest"
I am amazed by the talent, efficiency, hard work and dedication of a lovely woman - and I write without any malice.
And I don’t understand only one thing - how will she celebrate herself after cooking ten hot dishes to please every guest?
After such a marathon, I would stretch out on the bed with my stomach upside down and in agony twitched my legs-arms, buzzing after a full day of work. It's only from the outside that it seems that cooking is an easy, effortless task.
But ten hot dishes (and you also need salads-snacks for the composition) is... It's like a full-fledged shift at the machine at a factory. It's on my feet all day. And not only are you on your feet, you fly like a broom all over the kitchen, in order to be in time, not only cook, but also you constantly wash / tidy up (otherwise there will be nowhere to cook), make sure that nothing runs away / does not burnt ...
Hell of hell.
It is possible, in theory, to involve assistants in the case - the family. But, you know, it rarely succeeds (very patient people), and in most cases it ends up cooks are driven out of the kitchen in disgrace, a towel flies after them (well, not a saucepan), and the door slams.
And blaming the head chef (or the cook) for aggression is undeserved. Cooking, especially in such quantities at home, is not only physical fatigue, but also a noble hassle.
And the guests, of course, will be pleased. And home - too.
That's just... Then what pleasure from the holiday will the one who cooked get? Praises and compliments “oh, how delicious”, “oh, what a table” - it’s not bad, yes... But when I got out of my head until I was blue in the face, they didn’t really compensate for everything ...
All the same, you also need to feel sorry for yourself (the host).
What do you think, eh?
