Today I will tell how to cheer up and improve your mood with banana and ice in just 5 minutes. Sometimes, especially in spring, there are moments when you feel loss of strength and energy, and there is no time to fully relax. It is in such situations that ordinary banana and ice save me. At first, only I used this method, but soon it all members of my family began to apply.
Of course, everyone knows about vitamins and rose hips, but our body has cells "mitochondria" responsible for cellular respiration from which human energy is released and accumulated. The easiest way to make these cells work better is cooling. For this we need a banana peel and some ice cubes.
Thoroughly wash the banana with soap, cut it lengthwise, gently pull out the pulp. We eat the pulp, by the way, the use of a banana also improves mood, since it contains a large amount "hormone of happiness" - tryptophan, which becomes serotonin. Place ice cubes in the peel and glue it with tape.
It remains only to put this simple design on the forehead for 3-5 minutes. We remove the oozing water with a towel. At the end of the procedure, you can rub ice on your face and neck.
