Salad "Sun" with potatoes pie. It is incredibly tasty and truly festive. I already told you that salads with potatoes are my weakness, I can never refuse them, today I want to share one of my favorite options with beef tongue.

Recipe:
beef tongue -300 g
champignons -300g
onion -1pc
green onions - to taste
pickled cucumbers -2-3pcs
eggs -4pcs
potatoes -3-4pcs
mayonnaise to taste
vegetable oil - for frying
COOKING METHOD
To begin with, we boil the tongue until cooked and let it cool.
Cut fresh champignons into slices. Cut the onion into cubes.
Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, put the onion and fry until translucent, then add the mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms are ready. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Now let's start making pie with potatoes. Peel the potatoes and rub the potatoes into small strips, I used the Korean carrot attachment.
We wash the potatoes in several waters and dry them from moisture, I remove excess moisture with the help of such a basket of glanders.
We put the potatoes, unwind, the excess moisture is gone, the potatoes are dry.
We take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the potatoes in small portions.
Cut the pork tongue into strips using a vegetable cutter or a knife
and cut the pickled cucumbers into strips or grate them on a coarse grater.
Grate eggs on a coarse grater.
Chop the green onion.
We collect the salad using the ring.
First layer tongue, mayonnaise
second layer of green onions
third layer cucumber, mayonnaise
fourth layer of egg, mayonnaise
fifth layer - mushrooms, mayonnaise
sixth layer - potato pie
We remove the ring.
Salad ready.
