Ingredients:

  • canned corn - 1 can (400 g)
  • canned pineapples - 1 can (550 g)
  • canned red beans - 1 can (400 g)
  • sweet red pepper - 1 pc.
  • cheese - 100 g
  • onions - 1/2 pc.
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • dill - bunch
  • salt - 1/2 tsp l.
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Cut one sweet red pepper into small cubes.
Cut half of a small onion into small cubes.

2. Grind a bunch of dill.
Cut canned pineapples into small cubes. I took canned pineapples in pieces, but they are very large and I cut them into smaller ones.

3. Three 100 g of cheese on a fine grater.

4. Pour pineapples, 1 can of canned red beans, 1 can of canned corn, chopped bell peppers, grated cheese, dill and chopped onions into a bowl. Salt a little. Pepper to taste with ground black pepper. Season the salad with 2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and mix well.
Canned beans for salad should be rinsed under running water and allowed to drain. For a more savory taste, the onion in the salad can be replaced with one garlic clove passed through a press.
Serve the finished salad.
