Ingredients:
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- walnut - 5 pcs.
- cheese - 50 g
- salt to taste
- garlic - 1 clove
- lettuce leaves - 2 pcs.
- pomegranate seeds - for decoration
- fresh parsley - for garnish
Step by step recipe
1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and separate the whites from the yolks.
Knead the yolks with a fork.
2. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Finely chop the walnuts with a knife.
3. Add grated cheese and chopped nuts to the yolks.
Squeeze a clove of garlic through a press. Salt everything a little and mix.
4. Add 2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and mix the filling well.
5. Cut the lettuce into 8 small pieces with a knife. Put the prepared pieces of lettuce in the protein from the half of the egg.
6. Stuff each half of the protein with the yolk mixture. Decorate the stuffed eggs with parsley leaves and decorate with pomegranate seeds for brightness.
