So I prepared for you an article about the dinner. I was given it's not easy, I tell you. But I will not throes of creativity, do not worry).

My top dining. Meet!

Or sometimes I use instead of cereals potatoes.

My favorite - cheese soup with chicken breast, but it can not be called low-calorie - a plate of 400-450 grams will be released on 400 kcal. The recipe can be found here.

One can prepare calorie Soup (25-30 kcal per 100 g):

- on the chicken breast with pasta durum (link to recipe here),

- with chicken meatballs with lentils and potatoes (link to recipe here),

- pickle on the chicken breast (link to recipe here)

These soups I often add the bread no more than 30-40 g These can be added to salad or drink after tea with pastries PP (for this I am more like a soup for lunch).

Third place in the top takes baked or stewed in a sauce chicken breast or chicken liver with vegetables, to which you can add any garnish.
As well as various chicken rolls, which can be a lot of ready and then combined with various side dishes - it is, for example, and boiled potatoes and buckwheat and bulgur and rice Basmati.

Examples of dishes with chicken, which go well with side dishes:

  • chicken cutlets with curd - about 115 kcal per 100 grams (reference recipe - here ),

  • chicken liver stewed in apples - 140 kcal per 100 grams (reference recipe here).
Fourth place - durum wheat pasta with various sauces.

This can be:

  • spaghetti in a creamy mushroom sauce - 430 calories for the whole batch (recipe can be found here ),
  • pasta with seafood - 350-400 kcal per serving (recipe can be found here ),
  • similarly prepared and pasta with vegetables, calorie it will be even less.
fifth place delicious meals occupy a sufficiently high caloric content, which can occasionally indulge themselves.

This example:

  • PP option pizza - 390 calories per serving, the entire recipe, which can be viewed here
  • PP somsa - 180 kcal per 100 grams (see recipe can here ),
  • gate with egg and chives 170 kcal per 100 g (recipe - here ),
  • PP hachapuri of Adjara - 200 kcal per 100 g (recipe - here ).
  • PP achma - 180 kcal per 100 g (recipe -here)

As you can see, almost all the meals I've made up of chicken breast - because cheap and cheerful. It is a lot important.

If desired, in almost any dish can be replaced by chicken breast turkey, veal. Or side dishes to cook the fish.

In any case, most of the dishes depends on your taste and budget.
