This recipe conquers the first time. Those who have tried it instantly fall in love with the simplicity, deliciousness and richness of this dish.
The most delicate pieces of chicken are stewed in a thick sour cream sauce, where there are onions and garlic for flavor. And also spices and a little greenery.

Ingredients:
- chicken carcass (only drumsticks or a set for main courses)
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- vegetable oil for frying
- salt
- 1 hour l. hops suneli
- 0.5 tsp. l. mixture of peppers and paprika
- greens (parsley, cilantro, basil)
For the sauce:
- 1 glass of water
- 4 tbsp. l. sour cream
- 1 hour l. flour with top
How to cook:
1. Cut the chicken into pieces. Wash, dry and fry in vegetable oil until crusty, without covering the dishes with a lid. No salt or spices! Only chicken and butter.
2. Dice the peeled onions and place with the chicken. Chop the garlic here. Now you can close the lid and darken the chicken with onions and garlic for about 10 minutes.
3. Prepare the sauce: combine flour with sour cream, pour in water and stir until smooth.
Pour suneli hops into the sauce, salt and spices according to the recipe and to taste.
4. Pour the mixture over the chicken, reduce heat to low and continue simmering the gedlibge until cooked for another 15-20 minutes.
